Compared to other regions, the number of wild bee species in the area is not very high, with 36 different species. Nationwide, around 700 different species have been documented.

Through targeted measures on a total of 3 experimental plots, such as planting and promoting flowering shrubs, creating and maintaining flower meadows, and encouraging deadwood, I try to support the species already present. Perhaps, in the future, it may even be possible to increase the number of species. Deadwood also plays an important role for wild bees as a breeding site and food source.
